If you would like to personally subscribe to and endorse the "Code of Support" for our troops, please enter your name and home town below. We also suggest you indicate whether you are a veteran yourself, and what branch of service. If you would like to dedicate your endorsement of the Code of Support to a former or current service member (such as a parent, son or daughter), please indicate their name, rank, branch or service, unit, and the conflict (where applicable) in which they served/are serving. For example: "John R. Smith, Highland Park, IL, in honor of my father SFC Howard L. Smith, 1st Infantry Division, Korean War." You may add any other comments you choose to provide.
