The opportunity for greater collaboration across public and private entities serving unmet military, veteran and family needs has been documented by many institutions, government entities and veteran service organizations. Reports such as After the Sea of Goodwill, the IVMF: A National Strategy for Veterans, the CNAS Needs Assessment Veterans in the Western United States, the Government Accountability Office reports and others have clearly stated the need to enhance collaboration and coordination among serving entities.
