Program Specialist of PATRIOTlink™

Code of Support Foundation (COSF) is seeking applicants for a Program Specialist as part of the PATRIOTlink program. Under general supervision of the Program Director of PATRIOTlink, this position will work exclusively with the PATRIOTlink service tool by populating the database and conducting outreach to organizations in order to gather information about their services. PATRIOTlink is a cloud-based resource navigation platform designed by service providers for service providers. The provider assistance tool empowers service providers to easily navigate and find resources for the service members, veterans, and families (SMVF) they are assisting. This position supports COSF’s goal, which is to provide an online searchable database of resources and services to SMVF populations.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather and collect organizational information on a variety of agencies that assist the SMVF populations and manually input this data into the PATRIOTlink service tool

  • Continually review information to ensure that all information that is input into the database is correct. This includes outreach to organizations by email and phone, while effectively keeping track of all outreach conducted in order to ensure it is being done in a timely manner

  • Analyze data in order to determine individual eligibility of organizations based on whether or not they fit the predetermined standards of the PATRIOTlink service tool

  • Continually maintain the service tool by updating organizational profiles and making necessary edits as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and Gmail work applications

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong research skills and ability to work independently

  • Hardworking individual who can be held accountable

  • Familiarity with veterans and military family issues strongly desirable
