Employee Spotlight – Meet Marjorie!

CODE OF SUPPORT FOUNDATION SERVES VETERANS, MILITARY FAMILIES, AND MILITARY CAREGIVERS. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND RESOURCES FOR THOSE WHO SERVED. AS A MILITARY CAREGIVER AND PEER NAVIGATOR MARJORIE UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF ENSURING THE MILITARY, VETERANS, AND CAREGIVERS RECEIVE THE SUPPORT THEY DESERVE. MARJORIE IS CARING AND PASSIONATE AND SERVES WITH COMPASSION AND DEDICATION.

1. What is your job at COSF?

Case Coordination, Program Manager

2. What is your favorite part of your job?   

Working directly with our Veterans, caregivers, and their families!

3. What are some tasks you do on a daily basis?   

Answer calls from our clients, providing peer support, making sure our program is running smoothly, etc.

4. How has being a military caregiver impacted your work? 

I live life as a Mil/Vet caregiver, which enables me to serve our clients with compassion and understanding.

5. Who inspires you?

Many inspire me on a daily, our clients, our CEO,  Senator Elizabeth Dole, my fellow caregivers, just to name a few.
