The Code of Support Foundation (COSF) proudly announces the addition of two new members of our Board of Trustees, Jack Johnson, Jr., CEO and Managing Partner for Jack Johnson and Associates, LLC and Omeed Jafari, Founding Partner for Barrington Oaks, LLC.  

“Our newest Trustees and Advisor bring phenomenal talent, notable expertise, and new energy to the Code of Support Foundation.” HON Robert Speer, the COSF Chair, stated, “Jack Johnson and Omeed Jafari both have a proven track record in the military and veteran space, and we are excited to have them join the Board.”  

Jack Johnson serves as the CEO and Managing Partner for Jack Johnson and Associates, a strategic consulting firm located in McLean, VA. This firm was established to bring the full breadth and depth of strategic business and security consulting that leverages over 40 years of experience as a senior government executive, Big Four Partner and Global Consulting firm executive. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as a Partner with the firm of Guidehouse, the legacy PwC US Public Sector, and oversaw the entire Defense Sector, which includes all entities within the US Department of Defense. 

Mr. Johnson is a nationally and internationally recognized figure who serves as an industry consultant on a variety of security, law enforcement, risk management and intelligence related matters. He routinely testifies before Congress on homeland security and national security related issues, and has also been featured on the CBS Morning Show, 60 Minutes, Forensic Files and The Today Show. Mr. Johnson’s years of experience will be of the utmost value to COSF.

Omeed Jafari is the Founding Partner at Barrington Oaks, LLC, an Arlington, Virginia-based management consulting firm specializing in corporate strategy and M&A due diligence. Barrington Oaks serves C-Level executives and investment professionals operating and investing in the Aerospace, Defense and Government Professional Services industries. 

Prior to Barrington Oaks, Mr. Jafari was the VP of Strategy & Business development for Geographic Services, Inc., where he led the strategic planning, new business development, M&A and other transaction pursuits. Mr. Jafari’s unique skills will be a major asset to all aspects of the organization, and most specifically to the PATRIOTlink® program.
