Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Reports To: Executive Director
FLSA Status: PT – 20 hours/week, part-time, flexible
Location: Remote/Home Office
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Administrative Support Specialist plays a right-hand role for all administrative duties on behalf of the Code of Support Foundation in service to our nation’s veterans and military families. This fully virtual and remote opportunity is 20 hours per week, with some flexibility in determining hours within the workday. Administrative duties include payroll support, financial reporting and accounts payable, contracts filing and monitoring, and staff support. We seek an independent, motivated, detail-oriented, and mission-focused new member to join our team. Veterans and military-connected family members are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be capable of performing the essential support functions detailed above. Candidates should also have the capacity to expand the role as the organization grows to fulfill its mission. Ideal candidates will have two or more years of experience in an administrative function, preferably with a non-profit or mission-focused organization.
