August 10, 2021: The nonprofit organization Code of Support Foundation is thrilled to announce its new corporate partnership with Cerner to further the Foundation’s mission to change lives by connecting military, veterans, caregivers, and families to the support they have earned through their service and sacrifice.

Founded in 2011, Code of Support celebrates its 10th anniversary year after a decades-long dedication to serving veterans and transitioning service members across the country. Code of Support connects, serves, and empowers veterans and military communities through Case Coordination Services and PATRIOTlink®, the organization’s national, free resource website. Individualized case management services are provided 100% virtually and free of charge,, and PATRIOTlink.org serves as the go-to resource to assist users in finding mental health, healthcare, food, housing, employment resources, and other vital need areas. 

For more than forty years, Cerner has relentlessly sought breakthrough innovation, shaping the healthcare of tomorrow. Cerner is proud to be working with the Department of Defense, the USCG, and the Department of Veterans Affairs to modernize their electronic health record systems, creating a single common record to deliver a lifetime of seamless care for Service members, Veterans, and their families. This transformative effort enables VA, DOD, USCG, and community providers to access the right data, at the right place, at the right time to deliver better, more informed care.
